Berolina, Neue Jakobstr. 30, 10179 Berlin
For the 25th anniversary of the Fall of the Wall, the Virtuelle Mauer Zeitlabor (Virtual Wall Time Lab) creates a space of remembrance for discussion, conversation, and journeys back into time, with walkling tours that wander between the past and the present. Held in the Heinrich-Heine-Quarter, East Germany's former showroom of socialist urban planning, the Zeitlabor aims to reawaken the manifold memories and impressions of the older generation and stimulate the curiousity of the younger generation. In the second and fourth weeks we will offer workshops for children and young people on the theme of the Berlin Wall. For details see the program. (In German.)
On the 13th of August, the 53rd anniversary of the building of the Wall, besides being able to go on a journey through time in the 3D installation "Virtuelle Mauer," you can also take a walking tour along the former site of the Berlin Wall and in an "Eyewitness Café" visit with people who had experienced the Wall.

Mauer / ReConstructing the Wall," but are independent works of art in their own right. The exhibit "ReVisioning the Virtual Wall" is designed to be complementary to and will overlap with an exhibit of the interactive 3D installation "Virtuelle
